Dr. David Rusthoven earned the rank of Commander in the United States Navy and served as Chairman of the Dental Implant Board at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD and Naval Medical Center San Diego. He also served as the Deputy Director for Dental Services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Rusthoven is Chief Executive Office of Full Arch Solutions + Dental Lab, and heads all laboratory operations for Dental Implants GPS.

He is Board-Certified and holds Diplomate status from the American Board of Prosthodontics.
